1. Deposit & Payment Structure

All projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the website goes live. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Before work begins: If you cancel your project before we have started any work, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit within 7 business days.
• After work has begun: Once design or development work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers the time and resources already invested in your project.
• Project completion: Final payments are non-refundable once the website has been delivered and approved by the client.

3. Revisions & Dissatisfaction

We include revision rounds in all our packages to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the work delivered, please raise your concerns within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues through revisions at no additional cost, within the scope of the original brief.

4. Hosting & Maintenance Plans

Monthly or annual hosting and maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own fault), we will offer a full refund or credit toward future services at our discretion.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this refund policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.
